When I start up windows I get an error message Spoolsv.exe has generated
errors and will be closed by windows. you will need to restart the program.
then I get andother messgae sayig An error log is being created. Any help
would be appreicated, I spent 2hrs & $35 wiht microsoft on the phone any got
nowhere.....Thanks in advance.....

Won't do ya much good, but the log should be in...

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr
Watson\drwtsn32.log

Hello, the spoolsv.exe is the Printer Spooler Service and is located in
C:\Windows\System32 folder. In other cases, the spoolsv.exe could be a worm,
virus, or trojan. Do a search and ensure the correct location.
Secondly, being as it is part of the Printer Service, open the printer queue
and see if there are any print jobs pending. If so, and you don't
require/need any printing, delete the documents that are pending.
