spoolsv.exe -Application Error

After updating my W2K server with SP6 and updating
installed and working Citrix Metaframe XPs FR 3.
(1) I am getting error on ADD Printer Icon as
" Printer operation cannot continue due to lack of
resources. The print subsystem is unavailable"
(2) All installed printers are not listed

Solution tried

Started the spooler but still getting same error.
Once I got the Wizard Screen to add printer but terminated
with same error.

Even some time I am getting error for spoolersv.exe -
Application error
" The instruction at "0x67ef1655" referenced memory
at "0x000000c". The memory could not be "read". Click to
terminate the program.

Can any body help me out?

Sounds like the Local Ports was replaced or hpdcmon is loaded.
