Spooler?!!

I have bought a Lexmark 3in one and am having huge
problems. What is a spooler? Any help will be appreciated.

You did not specify in any way what the problem is you are
having. However, I have just deployed 8 Lexmark X5150 3-in-
1 printers with Windows XP Pro with full service pack
updates. We are having great trouble with print jobs
hanging in the print que. Lexmark certainly knows of this
problem as it shows up in the top 10 on their support list
for the printer. But, they only show how to solve the
immediate problem (to get the job out the que) - they do
not address the cause and longterm fix. This is a major
problem for us. If others experience a solution, please
let us know.
