Sponanteous Restart when using a non-administrator account

Windows XP, SP2, on a generic pentium IV

I have three accounts my PC: Mine(administrator) my wife's and my son's. I
can log into my account without any issue, access the internet, yada, yada,
yada. Up until today so could my wife and son. Now, however, whenever
either of them try to log in the windows session starts, the system tray
begins to load then suddenly the system restarts. This occurs with any new
accounts I create also.

I disabled the restart on error and got the following:
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA.

I just recently install McAffee Security Center and have run a full virus
scan. No issues found. I've also checked for ad bugs and the like...all
clean. As I stated earlier I can log in without issue and up until today so
could everyone else.

I also recently install Quicken and Personal Family Lawyer. I have
uninstalled both programs but get the same behavior. I haven't uninstall
McAfee yet but I am trying a restore next.

I am almost certain this isn't a hardware issue for the simple reason that
I, as administrator, can log in without any issues.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
