spellcheck not working

running windowsxphome with new microsoft cordless keyboard and mouse and
cant get f10 to work at all. All other keys work fine jut no spell check
please any advise

when i open wordpad or notepad the spellcheck f10 does not work all others
do.. maybe u can help thanks

Spell-check is not available in WordPad or Notepad unless you have some
third party add-in. However, this feature is not natively supported. If
you ever had it in the past, you must have had some software installed that
implemented such a feature.
