Spell check not working Outlook 2007

All of the settings say it is turned on but Outllok 2007 spell check is not
working??
 
If you right click on the misspelled word, what menu do you see?
If the signature menu, see

No. Actually the underline does not show up or anything. We had 2003 Pro on
system fully un-installed and then installed 2007. Only happening right now
If you right click on the misspelled word, what menu do you see?
If the signature menu, see

Does F7 work? Is spellcheck as you type enabled?

Do you have the full office suite or Outlook 2007 with Office 2003?

So if I am reading this correctly: http://www.slipstick.com/

if you purchased Outlook 2007 as a standalone and not with Word 2007, you
can't use Auto Spell Checker? That's ridiculous?!! Is there any kind of Fix
for this problem?
