Should be imposed here,or would it be against their human rights to do so?
I`ts the same as these drunks at the weekends. If they are carried off to the hospital for treatment,or put in a police cell then they should be made to pay up.If they are on benifits then take it from their benefit payments.If they can afford to get drunk on benefit money then they can afford to pay for their "accomodation" Or again will it be against their human rights??
