This might not be a problem with your system,slow loading websites could be
the site itself,how many other people are trying to access the same site as
you are,how much traffic is on the same line and such.
To help with a faster bootup disable auto startup programs you don't need to
have running all the time.How many icons are their by your clock?

you could try defragmenting your HD as it can improve overall
performance of the PC nd you may find that applications run faster.
Internet browsing can also speed up if the problem was caused due to
excessive fragmentation of your HD.

Try the windows built-in or any of the third party applications with
advanced features.
