Hello,
I posted previously about remote desktop but I should have asked about
remote assistance. Frequently it doesn't work reliably for me even after
checking with my clients about their firewalls. I'd like to supply an easy
way for them to get remote assistance but can't get into about half of their
machines. Is there any easy way to specify what port remote assistance uses
at the client end who is asking for assistance? Does the person supplying
assistance have to use that port as well? If they only start a session by
messenger is there any risk of using a port like 80?
Thanks
