SP4 won't install

I have 4 servers out of 100 that won't let me install
SP4. It gets nearly through the installation, then stops,
gives me a dialogue box:

"Unable to read ScriptMaps from metabase"

Click ok, and then another dialogue box:

"Failed to execute regsvr32.exe. Error code: 5."

Click ok, and then given an option to uninstall the newly
written files, or leave them and risk system stability.

Haven't been able to find any useful information yet
searching for these errors. Anyone have any helpful info?

I have the same problem on two Servers and I can not find
a solution
