Does anyone know where I can get the update.msi for SP4? I
need to deploy the update to 300+ workstations through
Group Policy. Thanks..........

Run "w2ksp4.exe /x" to extract the files, you will find the "update.msi" in
the "i386\update" folder.

I do not have a that path present on the Technet CD, I
have bin\i386\shelex32 and shelexec. There is no
update.msi file on the CD

If you download SP4 from the microsoft site and extract the files using "/x"
it will create an I386\update dir and you will find the msi in there
