Hello,

Has anyone install SP3 on their development system successfully yet? I
got to the download page and presented with multiple download options.
Narrowed them further by language, I still got two options for
download; one for SW CD NTRL Windows XPSP3 English #1 (X14-60489.img )
and SW CD Windows XPSP3 English #1 OPK Tools OEM (X14-73140.img).

The question is which one do I install?

First I have the same Question like Godzilla
Second Is the Language depent on Endsystem or on the development enviroment?
