SP2 Wireless Internet Connection Problem

This issue seems to be ubiquous. Hardware, OK...Firmware,
good to go...Signal Strength,five-by-five...yet something
like MS Client Manager filters or whatever does not permit
connection from the wireless PCI to the Access point
Router.

Has MS ever thought about running pre-release trials on
their major patches before letting them loose on the
public???

What don't they get 3 of 4 of the larger broadband service
providers and wireless H.W. manufactures...test the
firmware and debug it before they release 'the hounds of
hell' on the unsuspecting consumer??? Nope...that would be
too easy and make too much sense.

MS does it's homework. I was a latecomer in testing a pre-release
version of SP2, and that was 4 months ago. Never had a network problem.
Before pre-release there was beta-testing. SP2, or portions of it, have
been going through development and testing for 1 or 2 years now.

However, I have noticed my wireless acting like it's infected with gremlins.

Yes, I see you've posted twice so far.

See Chris' answer to your first post, he may be onto something. Have you
contacted either Netgear or 2wire?
