Is there any SP2 TCP conection limit workaround? Is it possible to do
it by editing the Registry or using some tool released by Microsoft?

No. Microsoft have not released any method to work around this connection
limit. The word from Microsoft to date has been that if you want the number
of half-open connections to be greater than 10, you need to be using a server
system.

What are you trying to do that is running into the connection limit?

BitTorrent, Gnutella...

1) The Registry change does not seem to work with SP2

2) I wonder if I can patch the tcpip.sys file in the Czech XP SP2 --
aren't the binaries in the localized versions of Windows different?
