passwords and internet conection

1. I have norton anti virus corprate adition on my computer I want to remove
it but the password in norton itself was forgotten. How can I get it off or
bypass the password.
2. I go to hp suport for help and it tells me I not conected to the internet
problem is I am conected how do I fix this.

You would be best served by spending some time building the system again. You
could spend ten times the hours trying to break the password. You have the
fortune of having access to all your data.
