SP2 Sysprep creates Windows Media Player Desktop Shortcut

I created an image using Sysprep 2.0. I also applied the fix in KB887816
before running sysprep. The problem I am experiencing is that every user
that logs in gets a shortcut on their desktop to Windows Media Player. I
looked in the "Default User" and "All Users" profiles, but there is no
shortcut to Windows Media Player in either profile. This only occurrs AFTER
we sysprep the system. How do I prevent it from occurring?

Use the updated group policy ADMs that ship with SP2 and import them to your
server, or go to gpedit.msc on the local machine. There will be an updated
setting to disable the creation of the WMP icon on the desktop.

That bugged me too....
