SP2 problem

Hi all.

I've run across a problem with IE and OE after installing SP2. I double
click on the IE icon, and it opens the IE window, then immediately closes
it. Same goes for OE.

I've disabled the popup blocker built into IE, with no luck.

Firefox works perfectly though.

Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?
