SP2 - McAfee Stops Running

After I installed SP2, every time I boot, the computer
comes up with McAfee antivirus stopped. This then causes
the new security function to complain that it's stopped.
Any idea why SP2 is preventing McAfee from running?

FireWall, VirusScan - what software ? McAfee has a myriad of software.
What version ?

You could also try McAfee Forums http://forums.mcafeehelp.com/index.php/ I
have McAfee and no problems here.
