SP2 deadline tonight? (midnight 11 Apr)

A colleague informed me that SP2 will be automatically installed tonight at
midnight on computers via Windows Update for those who haven't already
installed it.

There is this notice in Technet:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/maintain/sp2aumng.mspx
UPDATE: Time is running out! Please note that the mechanism to temporarily
disable delivery of Windows XP SP2 is only available for a period of 240 days
(8 months) from August 16, 2004. At the end of this period (after April 12,
2005), Windows XP SP2 will be delivered to all Windows XP and Windows XP
Service Pack 1 systems.

I'm a single-computer home user, and didn't see anything about this in the
Microsoft download pages for SP2. Does anyone know if this applies to
everyone using Windows Update, or only to corporate networks?

Thanks, Jupiter and Carey. It didn't make sense that Microsoft would force
the update w/o notice. Nevertheless, this prompts me to get the upgrade off
my to-do list!

I appreciate your help.

A: SP2 will not be automatically installed tonight at midnight. One must accept
the SP2 EULA before it will download and installed from the Windows Update
web site. If one does not accept the SP2 EULA, it will not install.
