SP2 and Photo Editor

Hi, I have XP Home Edition and after installing SP2, non-administrators users
can`t use Microsoft Photo Editor to view/edit images like .jpg .bmp .tif.
gif, due these files aren´t registered but logged as administrator they
appear registered. Any help???

I have a similar problem. Running XP home on two computers. Limited accounts
can run Photo Ed on one but not the other. "No file format in registry" I've
tried reinstalling office SR1, checked file types and checked registry
entries. No Luck.
Ideas?
