SP2 and DVD drive problems

I am running XP Pro and when I installed SP2 my drives are not accessible.
They are recognized by the BIOS and by Device Manager but has the yellow ! .

It is a Pioneer DVD player and a Plextor 712a DVD writer. Can anyone get me
started in the right direction. Thanks.

It is a Code 39 "cannot load device driver on both. Thanks for your help !!
