Sound Recorder

Every time that I try to use sound recorder a error message comes up saying another application is recording audio. Stop recording with this other application and then try recording with Sound Recorder again. There is no other programs running that involve recording things. How do I get it to work again?

Try R.clicking task bar open task mgr,see what starts running with recorder
event viewer would give results too.Find the other program name,then go
to run,type:cmd in cmd type the name of program then add /
like:mpservce /d the /d disables auto run.
