recording sound

When I try to pree record it says that there is another program that is
recording sound already and that I have to stop it. The problem is that I
can't find what is recording the sound. What do I do?
 
Hi Kitty,

Close all running applications you see in the Taskbar, and in the system
tray (notification area). If that does not help, you need to inspect the
startup programs to isolate the problem.
