sound plays but not after saving file

While I am in the `movie maker` file and replay my video the music plays ok.
When I save the file to my desktop and open as a media file there is no
sound.

Something I am doing wrong? I am new to making movie clips.

Did you use an MP3 music file? Try using WMA.

Many formats are reportedly compatible with
Movie Maker but the most reliable choices are:

Photos - bmp
Video - wmv or dv-avi
Music - wma, wav, wmv

Yes it was MP3 have converted to WMA and all is fine now.
