sound output

I have tried to use a speaker and a headset, but I found that only the left
one can output sounds. Do you think what the problem can be?
PS: The balance of volume control is set to be middle.

Not only do you need to check the Master volume "Balance" control
but also all your source input slider/balance controls. (Wave, MIDI...)
It's also possible the internal jack has one of it's contacts bent or
misaligned so the plug isn't making a "snug' fit. Most Sound Cards
have a vendor specific applet (Control Panel) for setup/configuration.

I am using the onboard one, and this problem just happens occasionally.
And all of them are set to be middle.

More info - always helps. If the problem manifests itself with both
the Speaker cable and a headset that would seem to eliminate
cables and be more an issue with the card itself or the jack on the
back of the motherboard. When you have the problem can you
wiggle/rotate the plug in the socket and have both channels be
heard ?

If this happens for both a speaker and the headset in the 'same' output,
then the problem does seem to be that output.
Do you have headset connection available on one of your speakers or a
headset connection at the front or side of your case to test the headset.

I have ever tried it, but nothing changed.

Yes, I have tried to plug the headset in the socket of one of my speakers,
but also nothing happened.
