Sound Issues

I am able to get sound just fine when playing itunes on my machine, but when
I connect to the internet and play videos I get no sound. What should I be
looking at to resolve this issue?
 
Jim, if using Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet
Options>Advanced>scroll down to Multimedia and check the box that says play
sound on webpages.
