Does the computer freeze altogether? The display freezes (not even mouse
cursor is moving) and also, no keyboard input gets through?
Must turn the computer off, no boot key-combinations work?
My IBM laptop does the same. It seems selecting "Do not play" in the sound
section does not help either... Has done about 5 times today only...
Moreover, if I have used RD, but it's no longer running, the computer might
freeze. if I haven't used RD during the Window session, no freezing seems to
occur.
