sound card

dear micrsoft,

im currently running windows xp and i had
just recently had to restore my comp rite back to factory
settings. although once i finished doing all this i could
not here and sound and when i tryed to play some music i
saved to my computer it said could not find sound card .
i know my speakers were defenatly working before i
restored my computer . what i wanted to know was hot to
install my sound card . my speekers cam with no disk .
ive got windows xp home edition please help me

Please use your spell checker. Microsoft has nothing to do with these
newsgroups. No one at Microsoft will be paid to monitor these groups.
Check in Device Manager for any problems with your hardware. You may have
to remove and then reinstall your card to clear up the problem you are
experiencing. You do this from Device Manager. You do not have to
physically remove the card.
