sound card wont work, plz help

hi,
I have been having problems making my sound card work, its say theres is
not a enough free resources to uses this device and i cant find out what to
turn off to make it work, i have unstalled and reinstalled the devices many
of times and it still dont work. any idea to how to make it for? my onboard
sound dont even work too.
 
Turn off or Disable onboard sound in the Bios and then try a different
PCI Slot.
