sound and computer hesitation (skipping)

Has anybody had this problem, The sound and computer
seems to skip or hesitate, and can anybody tell me how to
stop this problem. It's a new computer less than 2 weeks
old.

If the computer is "new". Why don't you contact the manufacturer and ask
them
what is going on.
