sorting data

How do I sort data when the details colum has different description
eg. details column has
cable & wireless: Invoice # and
cable & wireless
I want all cable & wireless information
 
You don't want to sort, you want to filter.

Data>Filter>Autofilter>Custom>Contains "cable and wireless"

Or maybe just "cable"?
