Sorting address books entries

When I click the "To:" button in an email, I would like my address book
entries to be displayed in alphabetical order by *last* name. My
address book seems to default to alphabetizing by first name. How can
I change this?

Tools, Email Accounts, View or Change Existing Directories or Address Books,
Select Outlook Address Book, and click Change. That is where you can change
it in the Show Names By: from sorting by First Name or Last Name.
