Inserting a photo in a signature file

How can I insert a .jpg in a signature file? When I click on Advanced
Editor, Windows opens up Notepad instead of Word!

Open IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs. In the "HTML Editor"
drop-down, choose Microsoft Office Word Then see if this helps:
