Outlook 2007 and default From addresses

I blew it when I post my last question. Here is the correct question:

Does Outlook 2007 use your default email address when replying or
forwarding? My Outlook 2003 uses my default address only for new mail.
When I hit reply, it switches to a different email address in the From
field. Has this been addressed in 2007?

Email goes to denajo2 at the dot com variation of the Yahoo domain.

This is not an issue in Outlook 2007 nor in Outlook 2003.

Sounds like you've got more than one account configured. When you create a
new email Outlook uses the default account. When pressing Reply or Forward
it uses the account you received the message with.

That's exactly what's happening. So I assume there's no way around
that other than to, with each and every reply, manually change my email
address?

You only want to use the other accounts for receiving mail?
Then change the account setup for those accounts so they match the email
address and SMTP server settings of your default account.
