Does Outlook 2007 use your default signature when replying or
forwarding? My Outlook 2003 use my default signature only for new
mail. Has this been changed in 2007?

So is that a yes, I can tell Outlook 2007 to use my default signature
with replies and forwards? Because I can't make Outlook 2003 do that,
and I wouldn't bother upgrading unless 2007 behaves better.

You can make Outlook 2003 do this as well... I don't know why you think you can't.
