sort contacts by last name

How do I sort my contacts by last name.

Enter contacts last name in first name section then sort by name.

Open you contact list, click on a name, then scroll down to "FULL NAME" =
click the arrow and there is an option on how you would like to see the =
name. Worked for me. It's better than typing them all in again.

Open the Contacts folder.
right-click on the Names header, select Last Name
this adds the last name field to the display.
now click on the Last Name header to change the sort from ascending or
descending.
