Outlook 2003 on new hard drive

I have just installed a 200gb serial ATA hard drive.
I used the Maxtor tools to copy the original hard drive.
The PC boots up no problem, but when I try and download email with outlook,
the send and receive box comes up and it says everything is fine, but there
are no messages.
Outlook Express works fine.

Any suggestions.???
