Sony DCR-TRV350 Audio Problems

I have a Sony DCR-TRV350 and want to transfer video to the computer (Windows XP Home Edition). I have been succesful in transfering the video, but not the audio. At first I tried using the software that came with the camera, ImageMixer v1.5, but the audio driver would fail. Then I tried Movie Maker 2, but again, there was no audio when I tried to capture the video. Can you please help?
