SONY DCR-TRV330

I just went to XP on one computer and Vista on another.

I have a Sony DCR-TRV330 Camcorder, I am trying desperately to transfer from
the tape. I did get the memory card transferred, and can get the program to
acknowledge from the USB. Someone said I need an audio/video connector, it
is not working.

Somewhere back in time I was suppose to have received a disk, but when I
checked the box. It's not there.

Does anyone know where I can get a Manual, disk, & disk drivers necessary?

Any suggestions are welcome?

Hello,

The USB on the TRV330 is used only to view images on the Memory Stick.

To view the tape, you need to use Firewire / IEEE 1394. Simply connecting
the cable to the Firewire port will get the computer to recognize the camera
to play videos (possibly via Movie Maker). Your PC will need to have
Firewire or you can buy such a card separately.
