Sometime mail can send out, sometime cannot

I have Office 2007, the mail testing is working fine. Sometime the mail can
send out to the receiver, sometime cannot, even with attachment, all the mail
was save in send items box after send, can anyone give me some idea how to
fix.

If the message ends up in your Sent Items folder it has been sent out. There
must be something going on after you have sent it that is preventing the
delivery of the message. This could be your virus scanner, the mail servers
in between or something within the configuration of the receiver.

Disabling/uninstall your virus scanner's integration with Outlook might
solve it.
