something like DUNMON?

Hello,
I am looking for a Connection monitor like DunMon which works also
with XP.
What I like:
the main window on the desktop is small and shows only the traffic
graphs.
it pops up on the desktop only when the connection is established.

It works on my Win98se but I have problems to start it in XP
(especially when the connection already runs).

I know the nice netpersec, but its icon in the tray is too small for
me.

When I upgraded to XP, I replaced DunMon with NetMeter.
