Someone please help me!!!

When you restart the computer it asks for a password for
the owner but we never had a password on it before and no
one knows the password is there anyway to bypass this?

Hi Randy,

Do you have a properly configured firewall installed on
the computer in question.

I ask this because it might be possible that a hacker has
gained access to your computer and changed BIOS settings
regarding passwords.

The other thing is has anyone else got frequent access to
your computer it is possible that someone internally,
rather than externally (the Internet) has implemented the
owner password through the Bios without your consent.

Because you haven't given much detail about the problem
you are having, which is it, the BIOS related
Administrative Password or the Windows XP Log-on Password.
