Some people don't receive my attachments but no notice or .dat

Can anyone tell me why some people do not receive my attachments? I'm
talking about only a few people, and I'm talking about .doc, .xls, etc, not
the blocked files. One person in particular, will recieve my emails, but
will not see the attachment, will not see any notice that there was an
attachment (i.e., that it was spam filtered or something) and doesn't receive
anything as a .dat or any other notification. The emails do show up to her
as being from (following the subject line) - Central European (Windows)...not
sure if this is related to the lack of attachment or not.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
