Some Outlook contacts not in Address Book

I have noticed that many of my Outlook contacts do not appear in my Address
Book. If I click on the "To" button and then search for some names that are
in my Outlook contacts I cannot find them in my Address Book. I am using the
correct Address Book file as per Properties in the Contacts folder and also
move from the Global Address List to the Contacts list. Any clues? I use
Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server via my office and there is also Blackberry
Enterprise Server being used. I use a Blackberry and sometimes enter
addresses on my Blackberry and sometimes directly in Outlook.

Do the names you can't find have electronic addresses? Where they created in
outlook or on the blackberry?

Yes they have email addresses. I can't tell you whether they were created in
Outlook or on the Blackberry directly.

However, the problem has been solved by exporting my entire contact folder
to a .csv file and then reimporting them from the .csv file. Now everything
works. A crazy work around, but we'll see going forward whether as contacts
are added I run into the same problem.
