Copying a Global Address List into Contacts

I am using Outlook 2003 for work and have a Global Address List that we can
access while connected to the network as well as download for use offline.
This list apparently comes from an Exchange Server from our corporate office.
I also have my contacts folder from previous versions of Outlook. Because
I sync with a BlackBerry and Palm PDA, I would like to combine the Global
Address Book into my contacts so that everything will be in one place for
synchronizing. (Currently, it is only using my Contact list which is out of
date on employee information).

So, my question is... Is there a way to merge/combine/import the company
Global Address Book into my Contact folder I have set up that also has
non-company and vendor addresses?
