Update Contact Info From Global List

We are running Outlook from a server. We have a Global Accress list. I have
created a Contacts list from the Global address list. We have had massive
phone number changes. These are shown in the Global Address List but have
not been updated in the Contacts List. Is there a way to update my Contacts
information from the Global list without having to do each one seperately.

Why are you keeping contacts that are in the GAL in your COntacts folder?
Seems redundant to me.
