Some Links cause New Window to hang.........

G'Day All,

Xp (SP1) Pro, IE6 (SP1).

For the last few weeks, certain links cause problems:

Links in (Office) Outlook e-mails WORK.
Links in Outlook Express NGs DON'T WORK -
there is some disk activity, then nothing.

Links (while browsing) that move to a new page WORK.
Links that open in a New Page DON'T WORK
A new Page opens (Borders appear) then hangs.

Any help much appreciated!
