Vista SP1 includes it. Also, there are both a 32-bit version of it and a
64-bit version, one of which should not apply.

If you don't need that File menu bar permanently, you can just
bring it up on an as-needed basis by hitting the Alt key.

Good to hear that installing WLM fixed your send problem.
I'm surprised that WLM did not import your WM stuff automatically.
By now you should have found the File menu.
If contacts did not import, you can do so from within WLM's
Contacts file menu (not the main program file menu). Press the
Alt key if you don't see the File menu bar.

Actually, it did, but I didn't recognize it since it was labeled "Storage
folders." It's taking me a bit to become familiar with the new
arrangements.

Yes, WLM takes getting used to. :)
You should be able to drag or move those messages to the
account folders, if you want.
