Odd question and I won't be upset if nobody knows what I've done. I
work for a real estate agent and one of the programs I use is
VisualTour, it's through the VisualTour.com website, and you load the
photos of the listings and it creates a Java applet to pop up on your
website for visitors to take a "tour" of your listing.
Anyways, I downloaded a software update for the program, and as usual
restarted for the changes to take effect, and now my computer starts
up, I log in under my profile, and it goes to the desktop, but none of
my program icons come up, my Start bar doesn't come up, and I have to
start programs out of the Task Manager window. Any ideas what I can do
in the event that I can't find my Windows XP startup disk?
