We're gonna' need more information to be of any help to you. But, as a start
are you on a network or using a router? Don't understand what you mean re: the
firewall, but, for instance, Zone Alarm needs to be at "medium" for my webcam
to work. Post back with more details and perhaps someone will be able to help
you.

I would suggest you look into a qhost virus removal tool!
loss of the ability to open web sites, usually means your
host file has been hijacked, try this:
rename your host file to host.old
and retry your internet connection, your pc will recreate
another host file if needed!, give it time, it may take a
few minutes.

Wich host file where can i find it? there is many filse
by name host .. ???

Look in your system32\drivers folder for a file called
hosts
open it with notepad, you should have only one entry in it.
127.0.0.1 localhost

anything else with an IP address delete from the host file
and save it. do not save with a txt extension.
This should allow you access to web sites.
However if you have virus it will rewrite the host file
in a short period of time, so you need to get those
tools ASAP and scan your system.
